First, I apologize to Nina because I overslept yesterday. I should endeavor not to do that.
Yesterday we went to Newseum. I saw many things such as picture of 9/ 11 and Pulitzer Prize-winning photographs. They were shocking to me and I feel sad. I thought that I want to and should study about the world more and more. After that we went to Chinatown. We ate delicious Chinese food. I liked it very much! Especially baby corn was very good. After the dinner we went home and played card games with Nikki and her friends. We played mafia and spoon. It was very exciting for me! I had a very good time. I want to know more American games and enjoy playing those.
It had past 7 days since we came here which means we have finished half of this program. I want to learn more about the U.S and enjoy the rest of my Maryland life!!

I don't like baby corn.
I had nice time with you yesterday! I like your wink!
It's amazing to think that the program is half over, isn't it? It goes by so fast. I hope you will have many more great experiences before getting on the plane next Friday to go home, and that this blog and the program blog will help you to remember them.
Nina
You are so loveable! You make me smile!
Hi, Lisa!
You seemed to enjoy the Newseum, right^^? I didn't go there last year, so I want to go there someday!
"Mafia and Spoon" looks really fun!
Anyway, who was the mafia:)???

Hello, Risa! ^^
Visiting the Newseum sounds really interesting to me, and it seems that you enjoyed being there, right? That's very nice! I'm sure it gives you a new perspective on how you perceive the Japanese media.
Anyway, sleep well and don't be late for the class again! ^^
